By using the Spin City Skates website and by ordering products from the website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms & conditions set out underneath. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions without modification, then you should not use this website.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Spin City Skates shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Spin City Skates shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Spin City Skates will be in contact to arrange a full refund.

Privacy Policy

Spin City Skates is New Zealand based and is committed to protecting your privacy. We have taken all the essential measures to make sure that any information you give us remains private and secure and that your registration information is processed with total confidentiality.
What information do we gather and what do we do with it?
When you order products, we will collect your name, address, contact information and password. We use this information so that we can contact customers if there is a query with their order, for internal record keeping and for marketing purposes. When you use this site and have not advised us to the contrary, you are agreeing that we may use your personal information for the purposes set out in this statement. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome to swap out sizes etc, the buyer is to pay any extra postage costs involved and items must be in new unused condition. If an item is returned because not faulty the buyer will be refunded upon its arrival in as new condition – minus any free shipping costs incurred by Spin City Skates. If an item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent Spin City Skates will cover any extra postage and get the right items to the customer.

Arrears

If any money owing that remains unpaid after being sent 2 reminders and a 7 day notice Spin City Skates will send it through to a debt collector. The customer will be responsible for any collection fees and costs involved.
