PLEASE NOTE: We highly recommend to always use some grease or at least a drop of oil on the thread if changing toestops to lube them. The plate and stop are two different metals and if dry they can get stuck and then cross thread easily….if you ever feel resistance when winding in a toe stop STOP unwind re-lube and start again!!
